Booking and Payment Policy:

Deposit: A non-refundable deposit equivalent to three days' stay is required when making a booking to reserve a room. This deposit will secure your reservation and is non-refundable.

Balance Payment: The full booking balance is due on the day of your arrival including a refundable bond of $250

Cancellation Policy: If a booking is canceled less than 14 days before the scheduled arrival date, a charge equal to the full booking amount will be applied.

No Show or Booking Reduction: In the event of a no-show or a booking reduction (after the scheduled arrival date), the full cost of the booking will be charged.

Check-In Policy:

Check-In Time: Check-in is available from 2:00 PM to 7:00 PM.

Late Check-In: Late check-in is subject to availability.

Early Morning Check-Ins: For guests wishing to check in before 8:00 AM (early morning check-ins), we kindly request that you make your booking for the previous day.

Minimum Check-In Age: The minimum age for check-in is 18 years old.

Check-Out Policy:

Check-Out Time: Check-out is at 11:00 AM.

Guests are kindly requested not to remain on the premises past 9 PM after checking out.

Pets Policy:

Pets are not allowed on the premises.

Parking Policy:

Parking on the premises is free for guests who hire a car from us due to limited space. No other vehicles are allowed on the premises.

No Smoking and Damages Policy:

Smoking Policy:

Smoking is strictly prohibited in common areas, including bedrooms. Designated smoking areas are available for your convenience. Please note that a cleaning fee of $250 will be charged if the room is left in a very dirty condition, which includes evidence of smoking. Your cooperation in maintaining a clean and smoke-free environment is greatly appreciated.

Damages: Any damages to the room will be charged in accordance with the cost of repair or replacement.
